Hello Italy! We are so happy to see you....

It is just after seven and we are sitting down at a pizzeria for dinner. Fortunately, this place has free wi- fi for 30 minutes! The downside is, we probably paid for it with the bottle of water they just brought us. We have spent a few hours walking around Lido this evening, a small island across from Venice. You will find no shortage of people walking their dogs, and let me tell you, we have not seen any two of the same kind! A bit strange. We also noted there are plenty of local elderly out and about roaming the streets. Not something you would see back home. We will post some photos tomorrow evening we hope. Until then, time to eat some peeeezah and find a gelato place for dessert!
